1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 12 hours for tracking updates to be reflected.
4. International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist in filing a claim if necessary.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If changes are required, contact us immediately at info@theserenity.store. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
